Our Story

Hello, I’m Emily - creator of The Assistant Studio.

I am so excited you have made it to my website..

I am a mum of 3 kids and 2 golden retrievers. Life can get quite chaotic around here, but I am someone who genuinely loves creating calm through organisation. We are busy, but it is a well oiled machine.

For the past 15 years, I have worked in executive support, travel coordination, event planning and customer service. Always helping the busy people stay organised behind the scenes.

From managing inboxes, coordinating schedules, handling social media communication, travel coordination and bookings, gift and event organisation. I’ve always been the person making sure everything is covered and runs smoothly.

I have created The Assistant Studio to offer thoughtful, reliable support to busy businesses and Airbnb hosts who could do with an extra set of hands.

With the belief that small details matter, whether it be a clear inbox at the end of each day, a calendar that is not over booked, a seamless guest experience, or (my favourite) thoughtful staff gifts, I've got you covered.

I want to be able to take some things off your plate (or your overworked admin person’s) so everyone can breathe a little easier.
